Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Processing times may vary depending on the supplier fulfilling your order.
Third-Party Fulfilment Happy Tails works with a network of trusted suppliers. Some orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers from their warehouse locations. You may receive separate parcels if your order contains items from different suppliers.
UK Delivery We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected countries in the EU, USA, Canada, and Australia. International delivery times are typically 7–14 business days depending on destination, supplier location, and customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Duties & Taxes For international orders, import duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
For EU customers: VAT may be collected at the point of sale under the IOSS scheme where applicable. If VAT has not been collected at checkout, it may be payable upon delivery.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@thehappytails.co.uk and we'll investigate with the relevant supplier or carrier on your behalf.
Shipping Restrictions We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
