Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your Happy Tails purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thehappytails.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: grooming tools, pet bedding, and food/treat items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
